  19. Hi there.  I use Windows 3.1 and the best shareware graphics viewer I
  20. have come across is the latest Graphics Workshop for Windows.  I
  21. obtained it from the USA and it views numerous graphics formats and
  22. converts between each and every one of them as well as well as allowing
  23. you to rotate/crop/shrink and resize etc.
