  16. I just work here, but you might like to get a little Windows utility
  17. called "ToTop" from the PC Magazine boys.  I find it convenient to keep
  18. one (or more) windows or their icons on top of the currently active
  19. application window.  This is particularly useful when using screen
  20. capture utilities, like PaintShop and Icon Master.  The thing you need
  21. to grab is often obscured by the grabee itself without ToTop.
