  16. For a good Windows JPEG viewer, try WinJPEG. It's shareware ($15 
  17. registration), will convert files between .JPG and .GIF or .TGA format, and 
  18. seems very stable. You can ftp it from wuarchive.wustl.edu in directory
  19. /graphics/trains/jpeg.
