  15. I am a new comer to this newsgroup, and I have a few questions for you
  16. experienced windows users out there in the net.

  18. Is there any shareware programs that allow the users to view GIF files, 
  19. in addition to Window Bitmaps?  If not, is there any program that can 
  20. convert GIF files to Windows Bitmaps?  And, is there any shareware graphics
  21. program for Windows that reads JEPG format pictures?

  23. In addition to answering the questions above, can someone please point 
  24. to me where I can download the FAQ of this newsgroup, and the FAQ's of 
  25. related newsgroups, such as comp.os.msdos.apps  comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware, etc.
