  10.         I'm starting a subproject related to installing Lotus NOTES in
  11.    our four workgroup, 200 member organization.  The subproject involves
  12.    capturing the current flow of work through the various stages of
  13.    creation, coordination, approval and release.  The goal is to replace
  14.    current assumptions about how work is accomplished with fact
  15.    based diagrams so senior managers can make informed decisions
  16.    related to reorganizing and to take advantage of NOTES capability.
  17.
  18.         To support this subproject, I need a tool to help me diagram the
  19.    workflows.  A project manager program like MS Project doesn't do it
  20.    because Project is linear time based -- you can't loop back.  I think
  21.    what I'm looking for is an automated version of a programmers flow
  22.    charting template -- the ones with various squares, triangles, etc.
  23.    Would be helpful if the product took advantage of the Windows
  24.    environment, permitting use of a pointing device to establish
  25.    relationships, etc.
  26.
  27.         Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  E-mail preferred and
  28.    I'll summarize if requested.  Thanks in advance.
