  15. I am not a specialist but I encountered a lot of problems with the settings of communication application for Windows. In fact, it is
  16. not really due to Windows but the problem came from a memory conflict between Windows and the memory block used by the communication
  17. card. We have solved the problem by excluding some part of the memory where the computer load the packet drive. So, one solution
  18. could be to try the same thing with a memory manager like Qemm.
