  15. I have a friend who is interested in putting together some
  16. slide shows for teaching purposes.  The slide show that she
  17. wants is really an interactive demonstration of a process in
  18. which the interaction (say, with a mouse) changes the process,
  19. or sets parameters of the process.  I thought that an authoring
  20. tool of some kind would be the right thing, and a multi-media
  21. version of such a thing would be really cool.

  23. If you know of the names/vendors/etc for these things I would
  24. greatly appreciate the information.  If you can describe some of
  25. the capabilities of any of such applications, or have comments from
  26. first hand experience with one of the beasts, your input would be
  27. greatly, supremely, overwhelmingly appreciated.
