  11. I would like to speed up my disk access intensive application with the
  12. use of the IDE Caching Controller(Promise Technolegies' Super IDE DC-99).

  14. Currently, I'm using a software caching program (Hyperdisk) with good
  15. results, but my application is VERY disk intensive - I need something
  16. even faster.  I'm wondering kind of futher performance gains I can
  17. achieve - is it really worth it to spend $300?
