  21.   I think Richard Mark's UUDECODE is the most friendly one, and it can
  22. process the parts from ftpmail@decwrl.dec.com (and anything else which
  23. just remotely resembles a UUENCODEd file :-)) just fine. This UUDECODE
  24. (and UUENCODE) can be found on most archive sites. I think the newest
  25. version was just uploaded to SIMTEL and/or garbo (see comp.archives.msdos.*).

  27.   People without FTP access (you have it still for some time) can get a
  28. basic UUDECODEr (for MS-DOS) in the comp.binaries.ibm.pc Starter Kit and
  29. use it to get The Real Thing (i.e. Richard Mark's one).
