- Believe it. Adaptec is one of the "good guys" who believe that telling
- people how to use their hardware might actually allow them to sell more.
- Complete programming details for all their SCSI adapters are available to
- anyone *free* on their BBS. That's probably the main reason that the 1540
- family is so widely supported.
