  14. I'm considering buying a CD-ROM player.  I have noticed that CD Speedway has
  15. had big claims that its cache is the 'greatest'.  Has anyone had any
  16. with CD Speedway that they would like to share?  How well does it behave
  17. with Windows 3.1.  Are their claims accurate?
