  13. I was running SLS .98 and have recently upgraded to the .99pl2 set of
  14. disks.  I reinstalled the a, b, c and x disks and untarred the files for my
  15. user account.  These files included an Xconfig that used to work.

  17. Well.... Now when I start x I get that no SIOCGFIG message (or whatever)
  18. and I get an error like

  20.     mouse: file not found.
  21.  
  22. I have a MS mouse running off of COM2. I tried playing with which device
  23. the mouse is set to be but I always get the same result.  The above error
  24. message and X exits.

  31. If I try to do an lpr I get:

  33.     job queued but deamon not started.

  35. I saw some postings similar to this earlier. I will try to do like they
  36. suggested.
