- What's happening is that when you type "ls" from within the directory
- /usr/man/COHERENT the man page file "ls" is being found before the
- binary /bin/ls. If you type /bin/ls from within there this will work
- instead. The same thing will happen if you attempt to change root's
- password when logged to the /etc directory and try to run the "passwd"
- program.
