  16. I was wondering if the IEEE transactions were available on CD-ROM. This 
  17. should be an economical way of distributing "archives" of specific transactions.
  18. For example, IEEE transactions on DSP Jan 1980-dec 1989 could be made available
  19. on a CD-ROM in ISO format (maybe as TEX documents). Any body know if this is 
  20. being done?
