  32. Yes, and little did these people dream that big business would take it 
  33. over and convert it into another lobbying organization.

  35. I think what they did to the good people that were fired and to their 
  36. membership "sucks canal water", as the expression goes. EFF's comments
  37. that the people involved can say what they please, is balony. Who wants
  38. to hire someone who has bad mothed their previous employer!!! No one!
  39. So no matter how underhanded or for what reason they did it, no one is 
  40. going to complain.

  43. for is to lobby congress for the goals of their corporate sponsers.

  57. We knew this all along since they announced the change. My opinion is that
  58. their helping out on the 2600 case is nothing more than trying to say "see,
  59. we're still for civil liberaties!!". If it wasn't for the flap going on
  60. here over the firings, they wouldn't have even bothered.
