  22. Yes, it is possible on all machines which use SMTP for mail transfer. It
  23. is also possible on X.400 but that's not the issue here. It is very
  24. easy, your message has to include the following header:

  26.     Delivery-receipt-to:  <your email address>

  28. See your documentation for the mailer you use to see how to include such
  29. a header. I have it in my default headers so I get a delivery message
  30. everytime. Sometimes it is a hassle because you get a lot of basically
  31. useless emails. But there are times when it is quite usefull.
