- Yes, it is possible on all machines which use SMTP for mail transfer. It
- is also possible on X.400 but that's not the issue here. It is very
- easy, your message has to include the following header:

- Delivery-receipt-to: <your email address>

- See your documentation for the mailer you use to see how to include such
- a header. I have it in my default headers so I get a delivery message
- everytime. Sometimes it is a hassle because you get a lot of basically
- useless emails. But there are times when it is quite usefull.
