- A followup. Several of my previously sent messages came back, and they
- had the perhaps useful piece of information:

- slocal: missing argument to -user
- 554 "| /usr/local/mh/lib/slocal -user $USER"... 554 unknown mailer error 1

- I've since tried with a change to the .forward substituting my login id
- for $USER, but this doesn't seem to help either.
