- Ok, I capitulate. I don't actually do much of anything with Gnu
- Smalltalk. That is, I do not use it for any serious, directed
- projects. I have used it to fiddle and poke, and to help myself learn
- what sounded like a really nift-o language. I have yet to write a
- compiler, operating system, or multimedia user interface using it,
- though.

- If I were working on a larger project, or a commercial endeavor, I
- would have to concede the point that Gnu Smalltalk cannot compete with
- the commercial offerings. But for diddling about and learning the
- essentials of the language, it suits me just fine.
