  15. I'm experiencing problems printing to a LWIIg printer connected 
  16. serially to a Sun Sparc.  Other LWIIg's i've hooked up have not 
  17. had this problem.

  19. We're using Transcript software, currently version 3.0.

  21. What would you assume about an Apple LaserWriter IIg w/ 2M
  22. of memory that prints one page of "man -t xfig" (a 10-page manual) then barfs with an error (from the log):

  30. hooked onto /dev/ttyb.  9600 baud.  Same TranScript installation
  31. that is on other sparcs with LWIIg hooked serially which works.

  33. could this a problem with ROM set 1.0?  How do i find out what
  34. ROM version is in this puppy?

  36. Also, i'm using a printer description file called APLWIIg.  should
  37. i be using a different one?
