- I'm faced with a small conversion problem, and I am hoping that the
- Postscript experts here can help me. I routinely download technical
- documents from ftp servers in US Letter format. When I send these to
- european friends in countries that are standardized on the A4 page size,
- it causes real problems for them when they print the postscript file.
-
- The question is - short of re-specifying the output to A4 from a source
- document - how do I convert an existing postscript file that uses US
- Letter page format to A4? Is there any sequence of steps that they
- can take to lessen their problems?
-
- One idea: if there were some hack that could be made to the existing
- Postscript output to scale down the entire page image, then it could
- be made to fit on the A4 page. Any ideas on how to do this or other
- things to solve this problem?
