- That's basically correct. There is no formal tech support available
- over the Internet at this time. In addition to the bugs address, there
- is a Customer Service address (I think it's actually
- customer-support@borland.com) you can write to with questions about
- orders, shipping, etc.

- Um...which question was I answering? Wayne's job? :-) Basically
- there are lots of Borland folks reading various newsgroups of
- interest, but participation is all informal and voluntary. Some of us
- try to answer questions when we can, fan the flames of holy wars, all
- those good things....
