- Provide Usenet through the 'go4gw' mechanism (a perl script that wraps
- around a gopher-to-nntp service) and hack the perl to toss in
- disclaimers at appropriate times.

- "Appropriate" left to your discretion - you don't typically have a lot
- of state information lying around, so it's hard to display a disclaimer
- _once_.
