  14. Somewhere in the last year or two I remember reading about a GIS study that
  15. looked at the relative amounts of money spent for different GIS activities.
  16. I remember that most of the expense was in data capture, manipulation, update,
  17. etc. rather than analysis, hardware, software, etc.

  19. Where did I see this?  I can't find it in the GIS World or GeoInfo Systems
  20. magazines I have looked through so far.
