   In response to problems with the Tosca digitizer, a few clarifications
may be in order.
   I have not tested Tosca on a network, and as you are probably aware,
it uses an overlay file; it does not surprise me that errors come out of
the network since there may be problems in references to memory locations
which are generated: do addresses refer to memory in the host computer or
the node?
   When you begin digitizing, Tosca creates a new array to store control
points in the heap; the 'not enough memory' error may mean that at the
time you began digitizing, another application had used up too much of
the host.  Since Tosca frequently creates and disposes of arrays in the
heap memory area, I would be wary of the use of TSR's or its application
on a network; as I mentioned, I just have not looked into this, so I can
only guess at the moment.
   You mention getting 'booted out' of digitize mode; on very fast systems
(i.e. 486's) we have had problems distinguishing between individual mouse
clicks.  Are you digitizing in 'continuous' mode, and exiting by having
your machine pick up two successive termination clicks from the digitizing
puck?
   Send information about your Tosca version, and your hardware, and I
will try to make more sense of this.
