  13. In Arc 6.1 Arcplot, I am using SURFACEDRAPE POLYS <covername> to drape filled
  14. polygons representing land-use areas over a terrain model.  The surface, derived
  15. from USGS DEM data, is a LATTICE generated by DEMLATTICE.   Projection of both
  16. the coverage and the surface is geographic (lat/lon).

  18. Problem:  The fills in the draped polygons are spreading so that they slightly
  19. overlap the fills at the edges of neighboring polygons.  Yet polygon topology 
  20. checks out normal.  What's going on?
