  24. comp.infosystems.gis) to follow a thread.  It also makes it easier to KILL 
  25. messages that are of no interest. E.g., my kill file looks something like

  29.       /Spatiotemporal Database /:j
  30.       /Spatiotemporal Bibliogra/:j

  32. Also, could someone please, please, PLEASE fix the software that is
  33. used to gateway GIS-L to comp.infosystems.gis? Particularly, remove the five
  34. spaces that are prepended to subject lines originating from a GIS-L
  35. poster.

  44. For some reason, this software wants to justify things coming from GIS-L
  45. with a certain column. This is very annoying. The problem is compounded when
  46. someone reading news posts a followup a GIS-L posting... the subject becomes:
  47. "Subject: Re:     Re: Mail vs Posting"
