  13.    Greetings everyone. Would anyone know the phone number, address,
  14. etc. of the Board of Geographic Names? And along the same lines, would
  15. anyone have any suggestions as to the best source for the most current
  16. listing of existing countries of the world? Does anyone know how a
  17. country is actually defined? For example, some of these people who own
  18. small islands in various locations claim to be countries. Who or what
  19. is in charge that determines if a country is really a country??
