  15. Has EPA-RF3 been made available for all areas?  Last I checked (approx
  16. two weeks ago) RF3 was not yet available (at least for Tennessee).  I was
  17. told that the problems with the first version of RF3 were still being
  18. corrected and that it was not being released until those workingon RF3 were
  19. satisfied that it was ready for release.  We are very much interested in
  20. using RF3 for a number of projects and have been awaiting its completion
  21. literally for YEARS.  Any accurate information on its availability would
  22. be greatly appreciated.
