- Has EPA-RF3 been made available for all areas? Last I checked (approx
- two weeks ago) RF3 was not yet available (at least for Tennessee). I was
- told that the problems with the first version of RF3 were still being
- corrected and that it was not being released until those workingon RF3 were
- satisfied that it was ready for release. We are very much interested in
- using RF3 for a number of projects and have been awaiting its completion
- literally for YEARS. Any accurate information on its availability would
- be greatly appreciated.
