  20. I forgot to mention that I am using the ARC/INFO software toolset,
  21. specifically the ARCPLOT package.  I need some way to make one of the
  22. two windows transparent, and to coordinate the zoom and pan functions
  23. between the two windows so that when one changes scale or position,
  24. the other matches it.
