  10. I am trying to implement an image correlation procedure for identifying
  11. displacements of selected points by comparing two images.  I need a warping
  12. function to do this.  I haven't found one using explorer.  The ImageVision
  13. library does have one, as well as BiCubic resampling.  Does this capability
  14. exist in explorer?  Thanks
