- First: Hash does NOT USE CATMULL-ROM SPLINES. They are loosly based on C-R
- splines but they have more control at the CV level that C-R splines. Also,
- Hash splines creat three-CV patches rather than four-CV patches.

- Second: There is nothing "grade-a" or "genuine" about NURBS...nor is there
- anything "standard" about them. NURBS have been a pain in my side for the
- greater part of a year. Oh I've created some nice things with NURBS, but
- it was a very painful process.
