  12. How many pixels can fit on one line until a VGA to NTSC encoder
  13. on a PC cannot encode further?

  15. Is there program with a frame buffer that can hold a picture in a
  16. resolution like 768x480 24-bit color on a PC? And when recorded
  17. to NTSC it will look different from a resolution like 640x480
