  12. I want to run etags on my pc.  Archie tells me that an etags utility
  13. exists for the pc.  It seems to be found in freemacs directories at
  14. anonymous ftp sites.  But everytime I try to download it, the server
  15. returns:  Permission denied.  So where do I find a version of etags in
  16. the public domain?  Does the animal exist?
