  17. This is Vincent Wen-Hu Liang looking for some help regarding my
  18. research on the development of telecommunication in Australia,
  19. including the history, industry structure, status of infrastructure,
  20. services and other general information.  Is it possible to get any
  21. year-book published by government department or telecommunication
  22. incorporation?  How?  My report will due by April.  As a matter of
  23. fact, there isn't much time left.  I hope someone can provide me any
  24. information of my research topic or contact point, like address, fax
