  19. Er. do you mean the Bank of England (as in the United Kingdom) ... the
  20. BoE here does _not_ issue ATM cards and certainly does not have an ATM
  21. network.  It acts as a central government agency clearing receipts
  22. from the clearing banks and generally playing around with inflation.
