  15. Does anyone know about any successful applications of the Federal
  16. statute restrincting the use of automatic telephone dialing systems?
  17. Any reasons to think that successful application would be difficult?
  18. The statute is 47 USC 227, for those interested.  I can't find any
  19. appellate level decisions citing it.
