  20. There is such a secret code that works everywhere in your situation!
  21. You dial the phone number of your second phone line.  The telephone
  22. company will give you a ringing tone if you are on your first line or
  23. a busy signal if you are on your second line. This is a little known
  24. feature, so don't spread the word or the phone company might
  25. discontinue it! ;-)
