Thanks for the info Tom. You are correct that tac@cisco.com is now the
proper channel for opening up cases with cisco Customer Engineering. This is
the only e-mail address that we guarantee (with a reasonable degree of
certainty) will get a case opened up and responded to within one hour of the
e-mail being received at cisco (although cs COULD POSSIBLY get a case opened).
Your e-mail has been passed on to several individuals in the appropriate
departments to see if they can ascertain the reason your mail was not responded
to. They can also check through the mail archives to see if your mail did
