  19. You are right in some sense.  To work correctly is responsible for TE. 
  20. Without telcom certification no equip can be sold/usedsold in Japan.
  21. From my observation, ISDN NT1 is just a I-interface DSU with little
  22. intelligence.  Dialogues by ISDN exchange is enssential.
