- You are right in some sense. To work correctly is responsible for TE.
- Without telcom certification no equip can be sold/usedsold in Japan.
- From my observation, ISDN NT1 is just a I-interface DSU with little
- intelligence. Dialogues by ISDN exchange is enssential.
