- You won't like the answer. Nobody ever does. Inside the "multiplexer" box is
- the X.25 packet handler. Since your end users seem to be async. terminal
- types, put a PAD there as well. {Sound of hundreds of readers making signs
- against the Evil Eye.}

- When your customers cut over to ISDN, the modems and the PAD are bypassed but
- the PH is still there. The customers supply their own PADs. {Chanting becomes
- audible.}
