  28. Not only will it work, that is one way that it is supposed to be used.  The T1 is
  29. actually an ISDN PRI.  Better yet, it doesn't matter how many homes you want
  30. to communicate with.  The issue is capacity management.  If the 23 Bs are busy,
  31. the call will be rejected.  Just like the problem you have calling your mother
  32. on Mother's Day with today's POTS service.
