- well i'm very glad that the sybase employees like each other.

- perhaps they know what it like to have production problem and their
- only line of help is an refusenick operator and some unnamed engineering
- staff that never gets back to you.

- i support the customer who wrote in. i've had the same problems, so
- has ever other person here. and everyone else i know who uses sybase.

- i still am waiting on tech support with an answer to my problems, a
- week and 3 days now. (i installed 4.9.1 and performance is crap.)
