  20. They are not executables - they are tokenized files read as DATA by the
  21. forms, reportwriter or whatever runtime programs.  Of course they are
  22. portable (apart from OS dependent code you write inside them).  Even
  23. Oracle are not that stupid to change data architectures between platforms!
