  19. What's amazing (and annoying) to me is that PKWARE shipped out 2.04c as
  20. upgrade fulfilment to registered users.  How could they not have known
  21. about many of the bugs?  I mean, volume labels not working?  One test 
  22. would have shown them that.

  24. It's not as though they felt any great time pressure--after all, they
  25. were advertising 2.0 a year before it was available.  Why could they not
  26. have waited another week or two and done some testing?
