  20. Borland just announced Borland Pascal 7.0, which allows you to write DOS
  21. *OR* Windows applications to access functions in Windows-format .DLL's,
  22. or code your own .DLL's which would again be callable from Windows *OR*
  23. DOS. This does have the limitation that such dual-usable .DLL's cannot
  24. actually call any real Windows functions (e.g. must be self-contained).
