  22. No, it is not as simple as that. If you did this, anyone with a CGA
  23. (and certain other kinds of video cards) would kill you. CONIO is incredibly
  24. slow under those circumstances. What we have now (a mix) is a compromise
  25. that's the fastest on average for all systems. But it still isn't perfect on
  26. all systems (ie, yours.)
