  25. I think (and others have said it as well) that a dirt-simple (well, ok,
  26. maybe to this level is impossible) waffle-installer-thingie would help the
  27. users who _can_ install a QWK reader, and would _like_ to have full
  28. Usenet non-munging capabilities, but don't feel like installing waffle.

  30. and yes, this in itself would only help the ms-dog users.  and only those
  31. who have the noggin-filler.  but, we should be able to get the AMOUNT of
  32. noggin-filler required lower and lower...
