  24. It's not easy to answer such question without any clue of information. What
  25. you at least should have included is the following:
  26.   - Brand of computer.
  27.   - CD-Rom card.
  28.   - Any add. card.
  29.   - Version of all the software involved.
  30.   - Your autoexec.bat and config.sys file.
