  19. This file contains two Wave Utilities for MS-Windows 3.1 or above,
  20. Looper and Player.

  22. With Looper, you can play .wav files continuously in the background, and
  23. Player simply plays .wav files by double-clicking them in a File Manager
  24. window.

  26. Looper and Player also support the PAS-16 specific special feature to
  27. play back two .wav files simultaneously.

  29. This is a direct replacement for The Wave Utilities 1.0 (WAVUTL10.ZIP).
  30. Some of the new features are that you can now stop and restart the
  31. files in Looper and that Player has a completely new playing algorithm
  32. that allows it to play .wav files of unlimited length.

  34. Looper and Player now have combined support for the PAS-16.
