  19. TRAN05.ZIP contains both Windows 3.X and DOS versions of Translate, a
  20. utility to translate between a string and the ascii codes that make up
  21. that string.  Translate supports conversion both ways ($ to # and #
  22. to $), and output in both decimal an hex.  In addition, each version
  23. supports features related to it's operating environment (for instance,
  24. the Windows version can exchange data with the clipboard).
